How do I add a corporation to my US Marketplace but keep a Canadian Entity or Sole Proprietor for my Canada Marketplace? Do I need two seller accounts to operate under different entities in the US and Canada? 


You can add unique Business Information and Tax Information to your Seller Account for each Marketplace on your Seller Account. For example, this means you can have ZXY Corp as the entity for your US operations and your individual sole proprietorship as the operating name for your Canada operations all under the same Seller Account. 


You should be able to add a different entity to each of your marketplaces under one seller account by following these steps; 

1. Select the marketplace you want to edit from the drop down at the top of the page in seller central

2. Go to settings, account info on the top right (the little gear icon)

3. Select business information from the menu on the left hand side

4. click Legal Entity and then update the info you want to edit.

You can follow the same process above for Tax Information in each marketplace by select Tax Info instead of business information from the menu on the left hand side
