This is something that you will see from time to time, and it is just a glitch on Jungle Scout’s end. Sometimes you can just change 1 number and it will work. For example, if you search 13,748, you can just try 13,749 and sometimes it will work. Or refresh the page, or try again in a minute or so. It can be annoying but it normally works out after a minute or so.
