First, double check that all the information lines up exactly how it is in your seller account, that it has a minimum of 10 units purchased, and it shows the balance was paid. If everything checks out, then you can try to resubmit the documents again.
Keep in mind that not getting approved you first couple attempts is completely normal and we have had sellers apply four or five times before getting approved.
