First you should remove the inventory to ensure that you are no longer selling that product and receiving the negative reviews. Then you should see what the issues with the reviews were, and if you are able to fix it. For example, if you were selling a product as a set of 6, but buyers were just getting a single unit, then the issue is a bundling issue. In that case, you would remove the inventory, have it sent back to you, properly prep the product, and then send in the inventory again. So, you are able to relist the product only if you're able to fix the issues in the negative reviews.
