If this product is eating into your storage fees, you could do a removal order on some of the inventory and try to sell it on other platforms. You could try selling on eBay, LetGo, OfferUp, and even Facebook Marketplace. This way you can move some extra units and you will not get stuck with storage fees.
You could also check the inventory of your competitors and see if they are close to selling out soon. If so, you could just hold off, wait for them to sell out, and then you should start getting more sales.
